In a hard fought semi final clash between Andover and Portsmouth on Sunday and with Andover initially going two tries down the Andover U13’s rallied with unwavering determination, displaying exceptional team work and skill clawing their way back into the game. Their inspiring comeback is a testament to their resilience and competitive spirit and after securing a 30/15 victory over Portsmouth they have earned themselves a well deserved place in the Hampshire plate final on 17th March against The Eastleigh pirates which promises to be another exciting showdown!

Andover U13’s put on an impressive display of Rugby as they faced off against Gosport and Fareham on Sunday 5th November in the first round of the Hampshire Cup.

After a thrilling match Andover emerged victorious with a resounding 45-15 win.

The game was marked by Andover consistent offensive prowess, with their agile players swiftly manoeuvring through Gosport and Fareham’s defences.

Notably, the teams strong defence line proved unyielding, thwarting numerous attempts from the opposition to breach their territory.

The U13’s cohesive teamwork and effective communication on the field allowed them to consistently maintain control of the game. With a display of commendable sportsmanship, the teams coaches and manager are in no doubt that they have demonstrated their formidable potential and determination to succeed as they head into the quarterfinals of the Hampshire Cup on January 14th.
