The club would like to send a formal notification of the next Annual General Meeting (AGM).
The AGM will take place in the main hall at ANDOVER RFC, at 7:30 PM on the 24th May
Please arrive for 7:00pm in order to get the meeting started at 7:30pm.
Please find on the following pages the current committee positions and names as well as any
proposals, and below that the standing agenda.
Any nominations to stand for any of these positions must be sent to me by the 17 th May 2023
subsequently an updated list will be issued to club members. You must be a club member in
order to stand for a committee position.
