The club would like to send a formal notification of the next Annual General Meeting (AGM).

The AGM will take place in the main hall at ANDOVER RFC, at 7:30 PM on the 18th June 2025. Please arrive for 7:00pm in order to get the meeting started at 7:30pm.

Please find on the attached pages the current executive committee positions, names, as well as any proposals, and below that, the role holders, the standing agenda and supporting information in the appendix.
