The club would like to send a formal notification of the next Annual General Meeting (AGM).

The AGM will take place in the main hall at ANDOVER RFC, at 7:30 PM on the 19th June 2024. Please arrive for 7:00pm in order to get the meeting started at 7:30pm.

Any nominations to stand for any of these positions must be sent to Harry Foxwell by the 5TH June 2024, subsequently an updated list will be issued to club members. You must be a club member in order to stand for a committee position and/or vote.
