Serenity Hair sponsored Andover Ladies, became champions of the Hampshire Women’s Touch Series after winning the final round of matches in glorious weather at Aldershot & Fleet Rugby Club recently. Andover played some free-flowing touch rugby and emerged victorious, winning all five of their matches to secure the league title for the fourth year running.  Team captain Clare Hollinshead commented after the shield was awarded: “I’m really proud to captain this amazing team that has worked so hard to achieve this fantastic league title, including those who couldn’t be here today. A huge thank you to the support and endless patience of our coaches and manager.”

Andover Ladies is currently recruiting players for both its contact and touch rugby teams, if you are interested in trying either or both then get in touch on Facebook, Instagram or the Andover Rugby Club website, and come along to training over the summer. No previous experience needed. It’s a great way to get or keep fit and meet some friendly people.
